Depending on the valuation or advisory service, we offer an hourly rate for our professional services. Our appraisers maintain detailed logs of the time they spend on your valuation. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. An itemized invoice will be prepared for clients upon the delivery of an appraisal. We only work for as long as a valuation requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Retainers must be paid upfront.
